Hahhaha...I just noticed this, I started spelling it right in my lastest crimsomrider patches...ahhahaa...Im surprised your the first person to notice this, I felt kinda bad lol
New version is out my man! I dont know if you are still supporting these mods or not, I hope so. It was working good right before 1.5, but Z changed some things in 1.5. It broke a lot of patches. I would write one myself if I knew how. I may need to learn. Anyway, keep us in mind, you make Far West MM work, and that is AWESOME with Horizon.
Ya im in the processing of updating everything. I have all of my mods updated now EXCEPT nightstrikers and all of my patches in armor patch central. Im hoping to have every single one updated In a week. I started last saturday so im making good progress! Its kind of nice to go through them again...its just a lot of work, but whatever it comes with the territory lol
Im moving everything out of the chem lab and into the tech lab too, its just cleaner to have everything together. (And makes sense of course...)
I got your patch up and running this morning, actually, it wasn't crashing me, but I just switched over to MO2 and Armorsmith wasn't installing right. I just tested it real quick, crafted the catalog, your stuff showed up in tech, seems to be working. I want to do another FWMM play, but we'll see. I am tempted to play frost for a while and bug you guys to update, lol. Thanks so much for your work on this, really. I love horizon, but it needs more... more weapons, more clothing- Any tips on learning how to patch it myself?
Just a thought, would you consider doing a video about how to do a Horizon patch? I really want to learn how to patch it myself. I am a total newb at FO4edit though, and dont write mods. Just want to know where to start.
Theres actually a lot to add if you install some of the patched mods.
I made a level list patch for clothing of the commonwealth, the mercenary pack and elis armor compendium. I bet all of them together add in well over 200 items.
Theres also a leveled list patch I made for raider overhaul. It combines 5 or 6 mods (You have to download the extra mods separately) that adds in a bunch of items, maybe 50 or so.
And, there is thaman's patch for far west minutemen. It adds in crimson accessories, west tek optics and also cross pre war cybernetics. Every mod is patched, so they are all good to go.
If you install of of those im sure your adding in over 400 things, and none of them conflict so it pretty much covers almost all of the npc's.
Also, I wrote a quick and dirty guide to patching armors for horizon, its in the forum section on the horizon page.
Herm thats weird, it SHOULD be in the utility section of the chem lab...i’ll open this one up today and look, but other than adding in those two guns i havent done anything with this patch since i first uploaded it!
Err--I know why it wasn't showing up now. Fixed it...sorry I'm an idiot...I uploaded the original crimson esp instead of my patch like a complete doofus, so you were basically installing the original mod again...damn I'm an idiot. Well-- thanks Azuretaitana, i wish i could give you more than one kudos...
I dont have much free time and i spend literally 100% of my gaming time patching fallout armor/clothing mods...if i wasnt a dad i think i would probably have patched 100 or so by now, its a lot of fun for me! I actually think if i got into this modding thing back in my pre-kid days i would have spent my time creating my own new armors instead, so i guess this is sort of my way of getting involved with that a bit...im pretty envious of these talented mod authors. We didnt have this sort of thing back when i was growing up but i spent hundreds of hours making levels for doom lol...man, that was fun...
But, anyways, i have a few more to post soon...its taken me a while to fully master patching armors but i think im there now. Its nice to have theman patching weapons, so i figure i might as well keep patching armors and then we can have a lot more variety of gear to use! I plan on spending 500 hours or so when i finally get around to playing horizon so i want as much stuff as possible to use!
Its just nice to post them because even if i get a couple downloads at least there is someone testing it for me!
Err—this is a long post, not sure why i rambled on so much...anyways...lol...
If you have any requests let me know, i actually posted this because of a request, i didnt even know this mod existed until i was told about it.
