    am trying this to fix a ctd everytime i go near hangmans alley, will let you know if it helps.

      didn't work damn, well if i ever fix this issue or it magically fixes itself. i'll come back give and some feedback.

    Just because you wrote that feedback was welcome, I thought I would share a friendly tip: It is always better to disable unwanted items in the CK rather than outright deleting them. Deleted items in the game are flagged as errors, and generally causes incompatibility with other (related) mods. Not that mod compatibility was on your mind, but it makes the mod more accessible to more people.

    Since you mentioned my mod, just letting you know... I have recently updated it, cleaned dirty edits, and processed Precombined Meshes and Visibility for performance. It's not broken anymore. :)

    I've been looking for a good Hangman's Alley mod and this one looks most promising. Many of the related mods talk about a navmesh issue. Did you address that?

      Frankly I have no clue about the navmesh issues. I literally just booted up the GECK and removed trash items, saved it and closed. In my experience NPCs will go all over Hangmans Alley. I place crops all over the place though so maybe that forces them over there? Im not sure. I usually see Ada over there at the very least.

      Welcome dude! Just look out for the clipping issue! This is pretty much a hack job so it will make it impossible to place objects on top of the overhangs in the area, as well as on the concrete platform on the east side. Just disable the mod while building and turn it back on when you have everything you want over there. Im no pro modder by any means so its the best I can offer ^^'

      Thanks! Keep in mind this is like a lot of other GECK edits of settlements, it will stop you from placing objects on buildings in the area like the top of the weapons bench shed and the overhanging over the workbench. Im sorry for this inconvenience but... well I dont know how to fix it so just build what you want to build on those areas then enable the mod again.

    Finally a mod that removes those pesky cables that goes straight thru the buildings, seriously you have an portable nuke launcher but can't cut some wires down.
    Got me building in Hangman's again. Love it.

    I've been looking at the cleanup mods you've been posting lately, and I really like them. I'm traveling, so I can't download them. Some of the Hangman's Alley mods I've tried make it impossible to place turrets on some of the existing surfaces. Does this mod do that?

      I havnt done anything to that overhang over the workshop so not that. But if I can suggest anything id say get the Settlement Attacks Beyond mods so that enemies attack from outside the boundaries then just place turrets at the entrances. Or if you dont want to do that get the Turret stands mod so you can build platforms on the walls. Other than that I have no idea how to fix that thing. New to GECK :P

    Did you happen to remove the bodies and heads on the meat hooks and spikes? That is one thing that annoys me.

      I did, as well as the yellow truck outside the west entrance, as well as replacing that really thick wall with a copy of the other side so its a bit more streamlined for buidling turrets. Anyway, enjoy!
