Imagine a quest like 'Fallout of the Space Core' Fall of the Space Core Vol. 1 before the quest was cut.
Or taking the core to a robot workbench and giving it 'Eyebot propulsion' (makes sense within Fallout and they have been "upgraded" to hover before they return to GLaDOS in Lego Dimensions, so although non-canon, it's not like it hasn't been seen.)
Was actually just wondering earlier today about the Vault-Tec Vault experiments being something GLaDOS would/could have been behind, like being the master-AI-mind behind Vault-Tec.
