    This can also be done without mods by selecting Ronnie in the console menu and typing 'openactorcontainer 1'.

    you can literally change her inventory when you recruit her
    I give her Preston's duster while he gets the general outfit
    being second in command and all that

    I always spawn her in one using console commands, but I let her keep her trademark Beret to set herself apart more from Preston's look.

    Small Thing makes great things. Its an nice idea at least now she feel like a decent minutement.
