   I can not use.
   
   , when I call the blue print, it starts talking, it does the nuke, and it starts as parts to appear, but it always hangs at 18%
   
   Any idea?
   curious that his other mod seemed from the building area instla normal, but this ..
   
   Does it have anything to do with institutionalization before?

   I have uninstalled this mod cos I don't understand it at all, what are settlements blue prints anyway and how do you use them.

   i installed this mod with Requirements and installed the Transfer Settlement mod,
   i still don't know what those blueprint are or how to use them !!!,
   i thought the Institute Slog Base was 1 mod.

      I built these over a year ago and when I found out about the Transfer Settlements mod (after getting the season pass on sale recently) I decided to spruce up my old homes then share them. I have other homes but they aren't Institute themed.
