* Add "Short Classic Barrel". Performance is the same as "Short covered improved barrel".
* Now all weights follow the "Handmade Rifle Reduced Weight" standard. No one is in trouble even if the gun is somewhat light.
* The .esl format is no longer supported. Due to the size limit of .esl, I could not add short barrel records

I was really idiot. I mistakenly uploaded the same rar as the optional version for the main version.
Therefore, I uploaded the correct rar containing the esp file.
