I have to say this does add to the background for the game, heck, the setting. I do recommend not removing the "generic" posters as those are the very ones remade by Proper Flyers And Posters.
I've wanted to replace the "F*** Communism" billboard, not because I disagree but because it's way too coarse and immersion-breaking.
The problem is, when I replace the texture with a new design, it doesn't save in the game. I don't know if it's as easy as replacing the texture of I have to know a bunch of other things. I know the mod author isn't here. Would anyone else know what to do?
This is one of my favorite mods for this game. The blend of biblical and xenophobic messaging with excellent design really capture that '50s-style, Red Scare paranoia and jingoism of the game's lore perfectly. Even movie posters like The War of the Worlds are very reasonably lore-friendly as the historical divergence between our universe and Fallout's is apparently roughly between 1945 and the 1960s with some overlap through that period. These are some of my favorite immersive visuals, and you did an amazing job with these. Thank you!

I'm using this mod as part of A StoryWealth collection and I would kindly ask you to tell me if this is compatible with Illuminated Billboards And Posters - Lighting - Cyberpunk 2077 mod?
Thank you so much for helping with this! 🤩
