I've been trying to make this effect happen in a mod I've been working on and have felt like I've been beating my head against the wall in that I'm not very familiar with FO4Edit just yet and trying to figure out why things don't work has been a pain, especially since I've been encountering either crashing to desktop or the perk effect just not working.
That said, this mod works flawlessly and I may incorporate the way its built into my mod, if that's alright with you, leo2link. I'll definitely credit you in the description, of course!
umm i dont mean to be a critic or anything but it said on the crane, but i found it on the forklift.... i spent like 10 mins trying to jump and climb the crane.... just saying incase others find this a problem as i did
so like i found i cant rename it, at a work bench, and that is more then just lame, because ive sold it like six times now and had to load an old game twice because of this.... sigh, i still like this mod however despite this, but its good to note this for other people who wish ti use this mod that no - you can not change the name of the ring at a work bench -
Sorry about all that this was a very impromptu mod and didn't really have a whole lot of time to test the mod deeply, ill do my best to revamp it when I get the chance since work and my children take priority over modding.
Yes i believe that is the intent. At first glance i liked the idea but then i did the math. At level 10 normally i would be at level 25 and at level 40 i would be at level 100. If that is if all xp is 2.5. If it just applies to kills then that is a little different. Also i can't remember if enemies level with you or if their level is tied to the are. As in lower level in the north higher level in the south. If not then going into an area you are expected to to 8-10 when you are now 25 would make it too easy. Just saying. This is not a complaint, more looking at it from a different angle.
I think this mod is a great idea, however even 50% exp increase is a little too much in my opinion. Would it be possible if you included a 5% or 10% variant?
I think this would be really useful when you are at those 100+ levels, where leveling up becomes quite the difficult, tedious and grinding task. Since I'm now on a fresh new play-through, I'm downloading this mod and saving it for the time when my character has passed the 100+ level.
