Picture this: You're a Chinese PLA Navy captain, stuck in a disabled submarine for 210 years, with remnants of your crew reduced to mindless feral ghouls, with nothing to do, except for fending off an occasional raider attack (I guess that hatch locks are not a thing in China?)
With a lot of spare time on hand, wouldn't you want to keep your appearance (and your vessel, too, but that's another thing) as spotless as possible?
So, what this mod does it replaces Zao's Submariner's Uniform with clean(ish), undamaged version, in 4k resolution.
Since there's only one of these ingame, if you haven't left Captain Zao in his undies already, you can spawn one for yourself with command:
player.additem 118864 1
