I really don't understand why but it keep on returning to the original vault guard texture. I installed the replacement. And it seems it doesn't matter eventually it just resets to the original texture. I am confused by that. I even tried re-installing it but still the same problem it works and after a while it return to the original.
I always found it weird that no Security Officer remains were found in the vault, especially considering there would have been some kind of battle getting to the Overseer's Office from what was written in the Security Logs. This mod was a great idea except, like lazloarcadia, I find it shouldn't have been on the Overseer's Desk. Lore-Wise, it should have been on either a skeleton or in the Security Office before the Reactor Room.
There was another mod like this one from 2016 that placed it in the cage where the Cryolator Case is. I also found that one not really Lore-Like but plausible since the Overseer would have kept something like it there for himself.
May I suggest dressing a couple of skeletons with this armor instead of just finding it on the desk? It would make a lot more sense to have them wearing it. Perhaps arrange them in such a way as to suggest they died during whatever mutiny / troubles the vault encountered. Perhaps with a few weapons or stimpacks laying around them, etc.
The idea is great, but why didn’t you stick to the game and use the security armor worn by the actual security officers inside the vault? Just use the vanilla assets that are available, making it compatible with any retextures on the Nexus of that security army if any...
Love the look can it be upgraded to better protection? Also any chance of matching arm and leg pieces. Could consider it to be Elite Security outfit not standard since Vault tech had military connections Just like Nukacola Company with Nuka world. Any chance of body slide files for the CBBE Body
No, they mean esl. Esl versions don't count towards the limit of mods you can have on your game. Being that we're 2 years out a lot of people are at that limit.
