Is there a version where the armor is broken into different pieces? As in torso, right arm, left arm, right leg, left leg pieces, similar to leather armor and the likes? I would love to mix and match your armor with different styles.
I think it would be possible to make this armour more compatible with other mods such as courser crusher if you changed the distribution to a Level List injection
They are not, and most likely will not be. The sources for this and several other mods disappeared with the death of my old hard drive. Perhaps I will figure out how to update this mod, but not in the near future.
1) They appear on Coursers and high ranking Synths such as Synth Leaders (50/50 chance to spawn with either Corpus Praesidium or their Vanilla outfit). Coursers get the black version while Synths get the white one. 2) You'd have to use XEdit to make a custom patch. Absolute pain if you don't know what you're doing but an experienced modder can do it in like 15 seconds, you could try asking for help on Reddit or something.
just gonna say this, but damn, the armor is heavy, is there a way to circumvent this? because when the armor is fully modded, it turns into an 80 pound cardboard box, maybe there's a mod for this? like enhancements or something? i dunno, it's just really damn heavy.
If you are looking to add it to NPC companions one option is to use a mod like Amazing Follower Tweaks (AFT) You can force the NPC to wear whatever you like by setting them to "pack mule" (unlimited carry weight), then just equipment whatever you want on them, then setting them back to normal. This will leave them no carry capacity left, but you can also set them for unlimited ammo, etc. At which point you have the look and functionality you really want in a companion.
The only other viable option (that I'm aware of) for weight reduction is probably gonna be tinkering with it in FO4Edit.

Messed around with Fo4 edit but could not get this issue to go away.
EDIT: I think I just forgot that one of the vanilla synth chestpieces only covers the neck??😭😭
