edit2: Editing the textures more to your liking? I've gotten a few messages about this, make sure to unpack the Ba2 files with the official Archive2 Tool. It should be in *steam*/Fallout4/tools/Archive2/Archive2.exe. The textures of this mod are packed with high quality BC7 compression, which the community BAE tool can't unpack correctly. You may also need to update to the latest version of the intel textureworks plugin for photoshop: https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-texture-works-plugin
edit3: Textures for this mod's CBBE projects will not work in OutfitStudio/BodySlide previews, but they will work just fine in-game.
I'm using the vanilla meshes and core file, found it in the institute and everything. But when I go to the armor workbench, I get a ctd after scrolling to the armor, it happens almost instantly. I know there's a bug report about this, but it's marked as a duplicate. I looked through every bug page and couldn't find the report that it is a duplicate of, and it has no fix.
For whatever reason, I seemed to have fixed it by just disabling my internet? I just needed to do it once and now it works even with it on. It seems creation club was messing something up, I don't even understand how it was a fix.
Also, if you want the HD textures on the website, look at the description on that page, you don't actually have to pay, there's a discount code to get it free. If you're using MO2, put the textures in your files where the core of the mod is stored, overwriting the other textures (another user here recommended this.) Thank you, Niero.
You should really increase the defense rating of the overall suit, the arms at the very least. Two points in each category for the arms is honestly just embarrassing.
Does anybody have the fix for the leveled list bug? Even after editing records in FO4 Edit, I cannot unfuck the bug, and downloading two additional mods including an explictly deprecated one just to fix what should be a few lines of code seems like an incredibly stupid idea.
Not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong but I followed the instructions for where to actually put the 4k textures and it doesn't matter if I put the texture pack in the data folder or the mod folder itself the only 2 colors that seem too not be incredibly blurry are the default and white one.
Update posting this here as well cause this took a few hours to figure out. If you keep getting blurry textures even after following the instructions for the 2k/4k packs try this cause it worked for me. Delete the original textures in the mod folder itself and drop whichever texture pack you choose into the folder then rename the texture pack what the original one was, so delete the "(1)" on the end of the name.
Is there a way to fix other outfits clipping through the back of the coat? Would love to use this with one of the ranger outfits from project mojave but pretty much anything that isn't the strigidaer suit clips through the back of the coat
