Simple mod fitted for my Overboss playthrough. It's a modified variant of the Chestnut Lodge with some raiderish inspiration, in Hangman's Alley.

Mod adds a small apartment in Hangman's Alley. A simple mod fitted for my Overboss playthrough. It's a modified variant of the Chestnut Lodge with some raiderish inspiration.
DO NOTE, I MADE THIS MOD ENTIRELY FOR MYSELF!
The requirements are what they are, the aesthetics are what they are.. etc. If you have an idea for a nice location in Nuka World where to place this, send me cell info.
:: REQUIREMENTS ::
- DLCworkshop02.esm
- DLCNukaWorld.esm
:: FEATURES ::
- Mirror to change your appearance
- Workbenches are all linked to the same workshop cloud (Hangmans's Alley workbench)
- Armour, weapon, chem and cooking stations
- Bobblehead shelf
- Nuka-Cola display shelf that works with the DLC items
- Bot model display shelf
- Mannequins
- Bed gives Well Rested bonus (or Lover's Embrace)
- Water source for survival
- Day and night cycle
- Custom music
- Unique named storage all over
- Tons of custom clutter and furniture
Navmeshed, as usual, what do you take me for, a hopeless newbie?
:: RECOMMENDED MODS ::
- Rename Anything by registrator2000 so you can rename the storage containers like dressers if you'd like
:: KNOWN ISSUES / COMPATIBILITY ::
- When exiting the mirror chargen, draw a gun to fix the third person glitch !!
- Might have compatibility problems with mods that edit Hangman's Alley
