If the original author wishes me to take this down I will. But for now, here is a fantastic face preset from MacMen.

This is the 2013 Lara Croft from Tomb Raider Reboot brought into Fallout 4.

I am using the vanilla scars on this preset. Alternatively you can use the Customisation Compendium mod for Looks Menu to add more scars. This version has no scars on it.
 
Scars Applied:

Scar - Right Brow Deep 100%
Scar - Left Brow Small 100%
Scar - Nose Gouge 100%
Scar - Nose Arch 100%
Scar - Lip Cut 35%
Scar - Chin 70%

Mods Needed:

1.) Valkyr Face Textures. ONLY FACE.

2.) Ponytail Hairstyles by Azar.

3.) LooksMenu.
