Another way to get this item without needing any mods (if you have Nuka World)

player.additem xx035E75 1, where "xx" is your load order position of Nuka World DLC.

the fact that is not on the game,
going to put all my money on massive laziness.
thanks for the mod that extra xp and luck will come handy on a no brains raider build.

That's the only conclusion I can think of.

I mean the item is completely made in the CK, just never added to any leveled lists nor to lucky who it was clearly meant for.

From what I've heard, it is in the game. From what I understand it's spawned on enemies at random, probably from a script.

The item was already fully functional according to this mod, it just wasn't available anywhere. That doesn't indicate laziness, it indicates either a deliberate design choice or, at worse, a slip of the mind. Bethesda probably thought it was OP if used on top of all the other EXP bonuses you can get, and so they left it out for balance purposes.

It does appear in the game it's just exceptionally rare and can only be dropped by any Nuka World 'legendary' raider. It doesn't appear in any level lists for loot because it is added to the legendary drop tables by a script. Goodness knows how many of those I've killed across all my characters but I've only ever seen one drop and even then I didn't know what it was as it needs to be equipped as a grenade.

somebody should turn this into a keychain misc item but keep the benefits and place it on a badass raider to fight for it

A perfect example of my favorite types of mods, stuff that is professionally done, no stupid quest item settings holotapes, no stupid I made my mod to do this but I force you to also use this this and this which I included for reasons, no stupid, you are not supposed to uninstall mods but here is an uninstall holotape that you will have to look at every time you open your inventory. Just a simple mod I cannot possibly imagine myself playing without from now on.

Sorry for the rant, I just for the first time found a decent mod for this game, used to find a bunch of neat hidden gems like this for oblivion and morrowind. Keep up the great work.
