Hey, just wanted to let you guys know that this conflicts with a mod I have installed currently. I believe it conflicts with 'Armorsmith Extended v3.02 Full Version'. I downloaded the harness mod via NMM and installed the Armorsmith Extended mod via the game's mod facility, so that might have something to do with it. The conflict results in the ballistic weave being removed from the harness.
I don't know if there is a tutorial. I used the FO4EDIT program to make the changes. First I copied the base "harness" clothing object out to a new plugin. Then when I found that there wasn't a stat bonus combination that I wanted to use (END + STR), so I copied the END+PER "object effect" into that same mod. Once that was in my mod I changed the second bonus modifier (and the name of the effect) to be +STR instead of +PER in the "base effect" area at the bottom of the page. To do that I found a default item with the STR bonus and replaced that value for the +PER bonus that was in my copied effect. All of the stats are included as a base bonus with different values (+1, +2, etc) that you can refer to in the item's base effect area.

By default the game does not have a +END and +STR combo stat bonus built in, so I had to make that "object effect" as part of this mod. There should be no problems making another if needed.
