   I would fix it, but the problem is, i didn't create mods for FO4 since 2018. My small skills are gone, so sorry for that! :(

   So i started a new game with this and due to the mod it disables the mole rats from spawning, which makes dogmeat not interact with you, preventing you from having him as a companion.

   So I installed this, didn't like how it looked without the busted buildings, removed it...and everything is still all creepy and clean. Even made a new savegame/character and it all stayed, after uninstalling the mod.

      nope only the workbench for settlement and power armor
