I've done everything correctly and was even checking out other mods but this one will not load. Im at the spot, looking at a dead brahman at the garage, nothing. Then I noticed this: "Requires all DLC and cleaned with FO4Edit"

Odd...can't say I know what's causing that. I have the workshop DLC and use LOOT to set my load-order. Nobody else has reported this problem either. Have you set your load-order with LOOT? If not it comes highly recommended.
I don't use LOOT, it doesn't ever see any changes needed after I sort my mods manually since I know what I'm doing. The issue was that I didn't have a required DLC enabled, one I don't like running. It's all good, no worries.
Keep LOOT updated to the latest release at all times to make sure you get the updated masterlists. The folk at LOOT add most mods to a masterlist after having checked influences of said mod so that LOOT can put it more or less in the right spot in the load order.
If you don't update LOOT regularly, it won't change your load order since it doesn't recognise all the mods because of an outdated masterlist and as a consequence peole think that LOOT doesn't work any longer...
I've been playing and modding since Morrowind. I use a ton of mods though, and I'm lazy, so I use LOOT. They've never steered me wrong and did fix a few issues as well. I use Wrye Bash to set my final load-order and create a bashed patch.
Did you purposedly take pictures so you'd hide the windows? I finally managed to get to the building and I'm disappointed... The windows in the penthouse are covered :(
No not at all but I wanted the window shape (mesh) to match the outside and I wanted the lighting effect. It was either those two things or an internal cell with an outside view but no matching meshes. The roof is where the real view is ;)
I'm going to track this for now. I like the settlement workshops because I can place turrets in the home. I use mods that add enemies that can enter my abode and I could use a little turret protect rather than just pipe gun turret. Other than that I love your idea of the place, super cool and original!
Is there perhaps a way to connect this settlement to the supply lines? Last time I couldn't see it on the list to send a provisioner. Would love to use stuff from my other workshops to decorate the place. Other than that, great mod, I like it!
No because it's a non-settlement workbench, which is why I'm guessing the linking feature wouldn't work between the exterior and interior workbenches. I'd consider making a version with a settlement workbench though. It would be an easy change in the ck. I just didn't see it as the settlement-type abode.
Yeah, I thought as much about it being a non-settlement workbench, like the house in Diamond City. But since the settlement coverage is huge, I thought it could be a nice place to build a settlement. It's also a great location in general, being almost in the center of Downtown Boston. I hope you can spare some of your time to see to the addition of a settlement workbench ^^
Edit: Just saw your description at the manual download section, dumb me for using the direct NMM link
I could very quickly and easily change the exterior workbench to a settlement-workbench. My problem is finding a way to link the exterior workbench to the ones in the interior cells. That I'll have to study up on a bit.
No I never could get the linking feature to work. I was guessing because it was a non-settlement workbench but I'm not sure yet until I understand it a bit better.
That's the debris from the vanilla setup. It sounds like the cell reset because another mod is doing something near there. I didn't have to change my load-order in my mod-list but moving the .esp file to the end of the load-order in yours should fix that. I have to do that for the CleanSanctuary.esp. Are you using BOSS to sort your load-order? If not then I would highly recommend it.
Glad you got it worked out! Yeah the roof is my favorite part of the mod, even though it's the smallest build area. It's just the perfect height for watching all the chaos while sipping your beverage in comfort. Or you can get involved in the action your choice.
I always loved it. It's just a few blocks from Diamond City and just a little further a walk the other direction to Goodneighbor. I don't use fast-travel so running back and forth to and from always had me looking for some real-estate in between. I had also never seen a house mod in that area with a workshop. Elianora's excellent Marlboro Mansion is only a block away but I wanted something I could build on/in and make my own and I hope you can do the same.
It may be too small for your needs but it's perfect for mine and I made the mod for myself not you. I just wanted to share. The garage has a vanilla scene tied to it so making it an interior cell would not only break things but is unnecessary. Thank you for your input though.
