Like the villa.  Thanks.  First order of business, nevertheless, was to delete that obnoxious water pump.  Sorry.  Could not deal with the noise.  That seems to have torpedoed the electricity however.  Gonna have to string the place up with unsightly electrical conduits now.  Ah well.  Leagues better than the alternative and adds a little immersion to the "futuristic" 2077 before the bombs fell.  Kudos.

God a settlement/mansion like this on its own tropical island that was untouched by the nukes would be so awesome. Reminds me of that party mansion villa mod for new Vegas. It looked similar.

Love the mod! Can you make the rooftop accessible?

Hello madunit! Really like your work! One of my favorites. But now I had such a problem - not a single button is activated, I press - and nothing happens, no elevators or doors. What do you think this problem may be related to?

First impression. Fantastic. Much more home than I need but so what. Disabled the showers and stove and fridge and replaced with CWSS Redux components then used Precision Placement to adjust . Could not give up the view for the party room so disabled the shutters (sorry), yes I loose the light effect in the day but worth it.
That the place is worn and unfurnished works for my mediocre levels of "Immersion" . No probs with the location, I've been building in the drive -in and on top of Red Rocket for so long that a change of scenery is welcome, besides Heather Casdin likes to live by the water..so bonus. I like to think that Dogmeat loves the pool, what dog doesn't.
You've got an eye for architecture, would not be surprised if your in the field or related. Personally I'm really glad you did not use the Settlement system.

Unless I run into some crushing issues this will be my go-to home, if other mods severely affect the area and I can't fix or patch, they are gone.
Thanks for taking the time and effort to put this together and sharing, now I'm going back in-game, build some defenses and cook mirelurk.

I absolutely love this player home. I use it for all of my playthroughs. Too bad it doesn't come pre-furnished though.

I'm getting another issue now, with the party kitchen toggle. The music and lights come on while the party thing is turned off, and they go off while it's turned on. Is there something I can edit to fix this?

EDIT: Nevermind. Fixed. This happens if the button is pressed too quickly after having just pressed it. It toggles the music and lights as a separate entity from the transformation animations, so when pressed quickly, the lights will end up on an opposite toggle from the animation itself. To fix, just get the animation started and then press the button again in quick succession to right the wronged light and music toggle.
