The basic version of the mod did not work like description. Aside from the 62+ energy resistance there are no balisstic weave slot, legendary slot or muffed slot.
Hope I'm not too late to the party but the mod doesn't seem to work for me either.
On a sidenote how can I understand this line?
"i didn't like his changes to the armor zones (and that for some reason the armor values were all in the head slot)" In the comments of Captainoob's mentioned mod someone wrote that he mainly plays with just the suit and unequipped helmet.
So what am I missing here? How can I take the helmet off in the first place or was the CC mod updated and fused them? (Are there changelogs somewhere?)
Wasn't active since 2019, so i only remember that his version had somehow a large armor value in his head-armor-slot (you can check this in the pipboy when equipped. This has nothing to do if the helmet itself is a seperate item.
So does this split the armor and the helmet into two separate items? Also... The No Speed ESP is actually blank and has nothing in it and Vortex keeps staying it is not a proper plugin.
I needed to switch to Bethesda's mod to use the Akma Budae Stealth Suit mod, so I'm at least glad to remove the AP drain while moving because that's kind of dumb and I have the No Infinite Running mod anyway which means my AP would just get murdered using the stealth suit.
The Enhanced-NoSpeed file is broken. The game won't load it, nor will Wrye Bash or FO4Edit. I was able to figure out how to remove the movement speed boost from the Enhanced version fine on my own, but I thought you'd want to know.
Except that the Creation club is mostly not that good and there are arguably far better version's on the nexus of even it's showcase mod's such as the Hellfire and Chinese stealth armor.

But while many of us think that the Creation club is crap but to your point, a mod some people buy and then a free fix for that mod on the nexus is not a problem, in fact it may even help such a mod to sell those paid for mod's, also it may help some of those mod users to have the wool taken from there eye's and see what the Nexus has to offer such as in fact better and already out mod's that do the same thing as those paid mod's do.
Bethesda has said countless times, Modding will always remain free, CC is optional like TF2 hats. if i can spend crap ton of money on a 2007 game, then i can certainly pay for a few mods.
nobody is forcing you to buy these mods, these are optional. the F4se problem can be easily solved by "auto backup" mod and hard drive issue has been solved by Bethesda themselves.
...What are you people talking about. The CC mod versions of ...pretty much everything... from clothing to armor to decorations are WAY more polished than their nexus counter parts. Have you even looked at the difference in quality with the chinese stealth suit?? ...this sounds more like a "I don't want to pay for CC content" complaint to me... and less about the quality of the mods. Also, Beth has WAY more important things to do than nit picking on CE mods on Nexus... even if they modify the CC content. Like... could you all speculate more? Add some more rhetoric? At the end of the day... the discussion should be THANK YOU for taking the time to make this mod... and if you need to piss about the mods/beth/game... take it to the Beth forums or reddit.

Pretty much the concept of what you're looking for?
