  It has the DLC power armor, but it should work without it. Since it should only load textures that are visible.

Why is there an ESP plugin for this?

1) It's only textures replacement
2) The plugin is empty anyway.

  It needs a .esp of the same name so the game will know to load the .ba2. It doesn't matter if it's empty or not.

The same style as Gorgulla's textures except 2k only but is for all vanilla armours and packed so it loads faster! Nice! Thank you, will use when I decide to use power armour again.
