Do not mess with Game Settings records please. It was not documented, i did not ask for it and a settlement mod has no business making such changes to my game.
so I personally like to make this little place a bar. And if you're like me, you'll be tempted to bring in a hefty few settlers to populate the place and make it lively. Don't do that. For some reason this place can only handle like 3-4 settlers tops, I find. So stay safe and keep your settler count around that number or lower. Sure, your bar will be a bit quieter but at least it won't crash with less people
(Although if you need crowdies for a photo-op, just hit the command to spawn like 10 settlers and take your pics as quickly as possible, is what I do)
Would it be a bad thing if I went into FO4edit and removed the cats? Would it disrupt the mod? I'm not a cat person, and I'd like to try this mod without them. (not to reupload anywhere, just for my own use)
download "get out of my face" push the cats out of the bathroom area with the weird floor fog, then select them in console (~) and type "disable" and hit ENTER. For better accuracy in selecting the cats get "better console".
Both aforementioned mods exist on Nexus, just search the names I put in quotes.
This mod modifies the terminals speed about 45x times, kinda conflicts with the mod "Faster Terminal Displays", and this change is never refered by the mod author.
Is there a mod that has brick walls that match the ones here? I want to add privacy for the bedroom and the bathroom, maybe a guest bedroom? I looked around in Homemaker but I didn't see anything that looked good here.
Don't know why this one got so few endorsements, it's near perfect as a home base.
Fast travel in/out, full settlement build functions, including follower dismiss target and supply routes. Power simply available. No harassment from enemies. Simply a sweet spot. Only wished it was a little bit larger, not much, just some more space for beds and stations.

1: Before you comment about stuff like "i cant find it" make sure that you read the description! It clearly says WHERE YOU CAN FIND IT!
2: This mod modifies the Concord Area, if you still have no luck finding the manhole you maybe have a mod conflict or a bad installed mod!
3: Do not waste my time by posting about how you don't like the place - i dont care! i made this mainly for myself!
4: The interior has its own custom lighting and has been mostly adjusted to look good with those weather and enb mods: PILGRIM, NAC and Film Workshop.
5: I dont take any requests under absolutely no circumstances!
6: This mod is Nexus exclusive for now, Xbox One upload will follow and a slimmed down PS4 version maybe.
7: Do not ask for permission for those weird "translations", nobody needs that crap!
