This adds a Robco desktop terminal called "Vault-Tec Population Management Terminal" to compliment the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC's floor standing "Vault-Tec Population Management System".

Once placed and powered, it will behave like the "Vault-Tec Population Management System" which is included in the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC.

YOU NEED the Vault-Tec Workshop DLC (of course)
NOTE: The scripts are all Bethesda's, so if it acts wonky it's a 99.9998% probability that there's nothing I can do about it. (That's a real number, I checked with P.A.M.)
