As the name suggests, this is much more of a Player Home than a real settlement. There are no resources, no merchants and no accommodations for anyone other than yourself. If you assign a provisioner to or from here, you might occasionally find a brahmin ass in your face when you try to enter. Also, it's quite ugly from the outside.

You will need to get rid of all the raider constructions (including the shack), all of the overhead wires, the pile of bricks, and the corrugated orange thingy on the wall near the bricks.

There is at least one of each crafting table, except for the Robot Workbench.
