Presidents Bunker (Player and Companion ONLY Home)

Located just outside of Sanctuary behind Vault 111 exit.

A pre-war bunker was built in case of nuclear war for the president ,protection staff  and family in every state. The bunkers were
originally designed by a Vaultec psychologist that believed to maintain
normal family life underground  the bunker's  should present as close as
possible to a family home and suburban life.  (Sanctuary Hills was the
only one commissioned under the Psychologists guidelines). The
psychologist had a falling out with Vaultec management due to ethical
differences  and the remaining bunkers were redesigned to accommodate
Vaultec's  social experimentation program. This bunker was almost 
finished prior to the apocalypse then never used and has remained
untouched and preserved for 200 years.



Personal space for Players and Companions ONLY with fully functioning workshop, building and farming area, storage,  water ,fast travel and an
empty pre war home. (Settlers cannot occupy space and i will never upgrade this mod to accommodate settlers).

location:  Behind Vault 111 exit down the hill on the Sanctuary side
(look for the open pipe). I have left the space unfurnished  and
uncluttered with minimal lighting with plenty of building materials
located near the workshop.
