    Hi Everyone!

    PhyOp 1.2a:
-Minor fixes/adjustments. (If you already have 1.2, I doubt you will notice a difference.)
-Reduced a Super Behemoth specular from 2k to 1k.
-Reduced Ammo normal maps from 1k to 512.
-Reduced CharacterGen from 2k to 1k.
    -Adjusted/fixed seams on all Cubemaps.
-Adjusted a few Weapon normal maps.

    PhyOp 1.2:
    -Custom, Dark and Light version.
-Higher quality than 1.1 (Performance may vary from 1.1)
-Adjusted 4,586 normal map textures from all categories except LOD and Terrain.
-Reverted all 1k Vehicle normal maps from 512 to 1k.
-The new normal maps reflect light better, look better in the rain and improve shiny metals.
-Reduced 1,454 diffuse face customization textures from 1024 to 512.
-Added Original Pipboy for Custom Base Game 1.2 in the optional downloads.
-Added Custom, Dark and Light 1.2 split into four parts each in the miscellaneous download section. You can still install with NMM one part at a time.
-Added Custom, Dark and Light Performance versions.

    PhyOp 1.1:
Added PhyOp (Light) and a performance version for lower end machines.

The performance version still looks okay at 1080p for the most part.

Added a potato version for lower end PC's and handhelds. Still pretty decent at 1080p.

-PhyOp (Custom) Base Game 1.1a - Fixed Pipboy map, Power Armor HUD and tripwire. Same fixes for 1.1 in the optional files.

-PhyOp (Dark) Base Game 1.1b - Fixed tripwire. Same fix for 1.1a in the optional files.

Please install manually or use Nexus Mod Manager to install.

    Thanks Everyone!

Some of the texture formats require:
Custom and Dark version: DirectX 11+ Hardware
    Light version: DirectX 10+ Hardware

    Zzyxzz's recommendation is:
    1. Download this mod and replace all vanilla texture.ba2 files.
    2. Download Vivid Fallout ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25714/? ) and install the best choice option.
    3. Download Langleys HD Textures https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1897/? and install it.
    4. Download FlaconOil's HD ReTexture Project ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3747/? ) and install the performance pack.
    5. Download High Resolution Texture ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/318/? ) and install the 2k version.
    6. Download Better Quarry Sites ( https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1366/? ) and install it

    Optional:
    - A really good Pip-Boy retexture that stays true to the game: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/449/?
    - Ammo retexture mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5418/?

Doing this will result a very good and sexy looking Fallout 4 with an much better* performance.

*You can expect lower loading times, FPS increase, less stutter while playing.

I doubt you’d get a reply. Would you be willing to upload the fixed version or perhaps leave instructions on how to do that?

I hate when people tease with a fix and then don't respond.

Damn. I thought I was maybe lucky, but the other's warnings are right. Didn't happen to me until I was level 40, but I was in the Castle area near that Robotics factory place, heading down a street- Repeatable CTD over and over at the same spot. On a hunch and remembering what others wrote here, I disabled Phyop 1 and 2.

    No more crashes, straight through.
    Still testing.

Causes crash in the Mechanist's Lair when fighting Turretbot. https://i.imgur.com/Tpqhyc3.png

edit. Also seems to have been behind the massive fps lag inside Mechanist's Lair.

I’m having the exact same issue, I’ve been racking my brain trying to figure out why I’m crashing only in the mechanist’s lair.

Thank you for your comment because now I know this mod is the issue!

I can confirm the crash, got the same buffout error in the mechanist lair and when reverted back to the original textures, it was fixed.

    Buffout 4:
"warnings/createtexture2dwarning.cpp(60) a call to id3d11 device::createtexture2d failed with error code 0x80070057. this will crash the game."
The crash stop when uncheck this mod

I tested this mod and Performout, and I can say with certainty that performout gave me about 5 fps more, without the need to have blurred textures due to resizing.

Installed this mod plus the recommended Zzyxzz above.

I also did Panjo's Nvidia fixes, optimisations to the letter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8zSEdf9DGI.

When I finally ran Fallout4VR, I was wowed. Everything so clear and smooth. No jerkiness when looking left or right while moving. That said I only have about 80 mods, anyone else's result might vary depending on what you packed into your game. It's an amazing-looking game now on my HP Reverb G2. Bethesda were so lazy on optimising this game.

To be honest I'm not sure what exactly the big improvements kick is, but these graphic mods is defo one of them. Thanks again.

In regards to Zzyxzz's recommendation, I am installing those 5 additional mods through MO2 after installing this one manually, correct?

Thank you in advance for anyone who answers and thanks to all the community members that make projects like these possible.

Hi! There are no textures of ceiling lamps in the house in Sanctuary. Installed the mod via MO2
