If you were having issues with the reshade not loading then please uninstall by deleting all dxgi and d3d11 files and reinstall with version 1.1 This should fix your issue. Thank you for your patience.
This reshade was causing my game to ctd, but I got it to work by not installing this mods reshade-shader folder. Just install everything from this mod but his reshade-shaders folder. Keep the original one you get from installing regular reshade.
Anyone have any idea why my game keeps crashing when this is installed? I got it to work once, but after reinstalling it one of two things happens. One the game loads by just before finishing loading all the effects the game crashes. Two the game never loads passed the black screen. Note I have not mods installed. Please help
This is happening to me too. Unfortunate because this is definitely one of the best looking ENBs/Reshades I've seen for the game thus far, but I've installed it 4 times and it keeps crashing right before all the effects are done loading.
Just had this issue, I tried 5 times and it kept crashing while loading Reshade FX, but I noticed that every time I tried it would get a little further along the process and it eventually worked. All I can say is have perseverance with this version of Reshade, try redownload and just keep at it, this Reshade/ENB is worth the hassle
The enb is perfect and beautiful, but Im having problems with the dof ( idk if its really dof ) cause every time I open a menu like the main menu shops and conversations the texts are blurry and i cant read s**t any fix or am I just stupid not to know how?
Personally I don't have the game installed so I'm not sure, but you can set toggle keys for the effects in the reshade menu (Shift+F2). It might be the depth haze effect. The depth of field effect is through ENB and the toggle key is already set to delete. Set toggle keys to those effects and toggle them on and off while in the menu to see if that helps.
Download always says "incomplete" in NMM. This is the only mod on the Nexus I can't download -- may the file be corrupt? Could you pls. confirm the file is okay? -- Saw BCC on youtube and loved its fantastic mood. I would really like to try it ...
EDIT: Solved. The Mod Manager download doesn't work. Manual works.
i was wondering if anyone else had issues running the game after installing the enb, all my mods are running fine but after i installed the enb i got CTD on startup. any help would be great. to clarify i followed the install instructions , and only tried to install the enb after i confirmed all my mods were working together, so not a mod order issue, i only get the ctd after the enb was installed
This is such a beautiful Reshade. It was the first one I used once I installed this game on my PC after seeing Gundam's video, and I used it for a good while before I reinstalled my OS and started using (and I apologize lol) Film Workshop once getting back to this game. However, despite FW giving me many customization options to almost recreate the tones used in Bitter Cold Commonwealth, it's not the same. I still love this one specifically and have been contemplating using it again in my game because I liked it so much in comparison to others I've tried. However, I have also grown accustomed to using NAC, and I know Vivid Weathers is more-so required to work best with this one, so I am going to have to go back and forth on it. :P
Regardless, though, it is definitely a job well done, Beardedwonder95. Captures the tone well and better suits the story's mood in comparison to the brightness we have in vanilla. If I could endorse it twice, I would.
I will say to whoever is reading this that is looking for a good Reshade or is thinking about installing this one ..... just go for it. I don't have a super beefy rig, but this never hurt performance on my end. Just download, follow the instructions to install, and you're good to enjoy a better looking game.
Hello, I saw a video of yours and I really liked how your Fallout looked, so I decided to install this reshade. Everything works fine except the sky is purple in some areas. Is this on my end? This could also be caused by Vivid Weathers. Any help?
Actually I found a forum thread about it. Some say that you don't have archive invalidation on in the ini. So what you need to do search for a video on YouTube on how to mod fallout 4 and it'll show you that step. Basically everything that I could find about it is linked to vivid weathers and most of those forums suggest doing that. A few other people suggested reinstalling vivid weathers and one person said he had a mod that was conflicting with it.
Just the Fallout4.exe I'm not sure what you mean by F4SE? Assuming you have it on steam, the file location should be steam>steamapps>common>Fallout 4 then select the "Fallout4" file that has the pipboy logo on it.
