   Does not work. Can't select any part of the house to scrap.

   I had already scrapped most of the scrappable materials in the area but hoped to be able to scrap the house. After installing the mod I still can't select the house when in workshop mode (neither a yellow scrappable outline nor a blue storable/scrappable outline).

   Currently on a new play-through. Have not set foot there yet.

      yes, its safe for new play throughs and existing saves.
