I merely created a LooksMenu preset from a save file from this mod: http://nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3692/?
I did make one change; the original author used the "Blue Hazy" eye color, which is the same color used for Mama Murphy, and thus comes out as a bloodshot, creepy-looking half-blind old person's eyeball, especially with The Eyes of Beauty mod.
If you don't think this looks like Archer, A: You're wrong and B: Go complain about it to the guy who made it!
Love this character. Paired it with a mod that adds Borderlands cell shading and the Diplomat build by Fudgemuppet. All that is missing are mods that tweaks his voice to sound more like Archer and changes Piper, Cait and Currie into Lana, Pam and Cheryl.
Now all we need is someone to splice together various lines from Jon Benjamin voiced characters, i.e Bob And Archer. To replace the male player's dialogue. Of course change Nora's name to lana so when he gets out of cryo he is full rampage mode.

Bonus: get it to apply Jet as well, so it plays in slow-mo.
Now you need to get Lana
I'll take a crack at both Lana and Katya, but I'm not that great at face shaping!
