Nora's face was blurred using Photoshop, just to not steal the focus from that beautiful neckbeard.
A neckbeard is a dude who can only grow hair on his neck, hence the neck-beard. If you're growing hair on your cheeks and mustache all full like this, you just have a beard.

The main reason it's called a neckbeard is that an overweight man's chin/neck connect, and the hairy under-chin area becomes the neckbeard. Hate to burst your long drawn out bubble but this is just a dude with a beard. I suspect you haven't actually seen an actual neckbeard before to tell the difference and by your odd little atheist dig there...chances are you very well might be one of those maladjusted misfits the term "neckbeard" would apply to. Though I guess "incel" would be the other side of the spectrum these days.

I've followed your install instructions but I can't seem to find this fine beard in the options menu.
