Ok where the hell can I download the most recent version of Modern Firearms!? All the links Ive seen posted here and elsewhere on nexus are dead ends. Somebody please help. edit: nvm found it here https://modern-firearms-fo4.info/downloads/
modern firearms 2.6 is out. they have patches for texture problems and bugs, now guns show up after lvl 15, modern sidearms and firearms were merged and armors are now in a different file (modern armors), also they use scripts to insert guns in leveled list. Do NOT use the damage patches from 2.5 with 2.6, they create bugs.
Probably because any mod that change anything to do with companion including appearance, will also reset their loadouts. Thus they're either unarmed and must be stocked by the player.
Happened to me where in a short escort section after rescuing Nick (i use Mecto Amore), Nick exclusively uses punches until you able to make him follow you and you equip him a gun of your own choosing. Though what happened to me is his custom (added by Modern Firearms) gun is there but the stocked ammunition is vanilla instead of custom.
Is Modern Firearms 2.5 compatible with Modern Sidearms, or do I have to get 2.4 for it to work? I have both files last in the load order with MS very last.
Any chance of this adding an option to fix the Uzi's caliber when using New Calibers? New calibers uses "9mm Luger" for 9x19mm Parabellum, but Modern Firearms calls it "9mm Parabellum" despite these all being the same cartridge.
