I might do that at some point, but probably not anytime soon. I haven't played fallout in a while and making mods isn't as fun when you don't really play with them. If I did, it would probably be kinda half-done.
Nice to see some dyeable pieces! *coughs* Adding a different bag colour would be fantastic. If I might ask, there are a lot of bags on the armour, but it has no carry weight bonus and it seems that I can't add a (deep) pocket-mod, is that right?
A general note, the armour can be crafted under the RUGGED category and needs Armorer rank 3. Didn't find it at first without the required perk.
I know its all personal preference, but I kind of prefer this stuff to not have carry weight bonuses.

even with 4 Str, you have a carry capacity of 250. thats a hell of a lot of weight to have on you while you run, spring, jump, swim, and roam for days. i typically have some kind of pack on my character just for the "mursion". just to make carrying the 230lbs of crap i already have semi believable, lol
then again I dont look at it like "if only i had another pouch or bigger pack I could carry more crap". to me, its more like "you weight about 150ish(if your a female) and your lugging around 100lbs more than your own weight while maintainting a brisk jog across a state, are you even human!?" even if your a 200lb male, thats a crap ton to be dragging around and still moving like your carrying nothing.
finally, to put it into perspective, most soldiers carry 60-120lbs. their movement is severely hampered by all that crap, and they ditch everything non essential asap in combat.
Oh, the Scavenger's Armor gives 5 carry weight! Didn't notice that at first without a tooltip or Str stat.
Mitsurugi2424, it's not only a personal preference - and I can totally understand your point! - it's about mods, too. I'm playing in survival mode with the mod Horizon and my character got 3 Str, I have a carry capacity of 105 with my female survivor. Dropping stuff to reach 80 is okay, but 70 and below does hurt.
Lol, by the time I'd gotten to the material stuff I'd completely forgotten about the bag. I'll add some dye schemes and maybe an optional carry weight modifier in the next update.
Mitsurugi2424 If you go to the mod in the creation kit you can change the armor values and perks. It's pretty straightforward after watching a couple of short videos on youtube. Using this method you can change the values of anything you feel are overpowered. Hope this helps.
DesertRanger111 I appreciate the helpful info. I already use CC and FO4Edit to tweak mods often. and when I use mods that have options to add carry weight, I simply just dont add the carry weight modifiers.

nevermind figured it out by the pictures
I've found that the Boonie Hats mod by Higeyosi goes very well with this armor... https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/25486/?
Near the neck(on the front chest piece), and just under the scarf the shirt just *barely* pokes through...
Now that i've noticed it i can even see it in the screenshots you've posted...
