Hello everyone. I realize some of the first users of this mod have not heard of an update for this mod in a few years. Life has a way to derail one's plans. In any case, I've just uploaded the "revised edition" Ver 2.0 of this mod, along with the edits to most of the Creation Club Weapons as stand alone. I've increased the base damage of some of the weapons by a few points in comparison to the first mod. I will keep adding more of the other weapons added by the Creation Club as I get them/they are released, (if more are ever released).
Just so you know, no more updates will be added to this mod as I consider it complete. Any modders out there are free to make any needed patches that are necessary in order to make this compatible with other mods. Not really interested in doing more mods due to life and such. Just give credit and whatnot.
Thank you for making a mod that actually boosts all vanilla weapons, was using another mod til now but they didn't bother touching energy weapons because of, "reasons," let alone melee weapons too.
Hello. I love your mod. I started a new game with him. And I found that over time in the game, the weapon damage readings are constantly decreasing. Tell me what this can be connected with?
Try the old version v1.0. It works for me but not the v2.0. Strange thing though. Such a simple but great mod, rebalancing the weapon system to have more weapon selections.
Hello, sorry for the late reply, I dont log in often. Try putting this at the bottom of your load order to see if it'll work. I literally remade the whole mod for Ver 2.0, though it should be compatible with anything in your load order.
Finally i found this mod! It made the vanilla weapons catch up with Modern Firearms weapon damage, makes me no longer have to outfit most settlers with better guns, and makes melee and laser weapons not junk!
Ive recently been using Modern Firearms and found this mod to be a really good match for its damages. I know its probably not gonna happen but I was really hoping you might be able to update this mod for the creation kit. The weapon skins dont work and the classic 10mm isnt adjusted like the rest of the weapons. I use a patch to make the skins work with awkcr and armorsmith and it also conflicts with this mod (easily fixed by loading this after those mods) so you either get skins or damage. MF has said they are working on a new huge 3.0 update which Ive read will be again be hosted on the Nexus. If that happened lots of people would likely need your mod.
Hello, I know its a late reply, (a lot has happened in my life), and I am trying to see at the moment of writing this post, about the texture issue. I make no promises about getting it fixed, but I'll try to do what I can. I just updated the mod and right now in the process of getting the Creation Club weapons caught up with this mod.
First of all thank you, it's an amazing mod. Endorsed it and don't intend to play without it anymore :)
Now I had some trouble getting it to work and I decided to write it here for anyone else having the same problems. I use around 30 mods, nmm and loot. When I started the game, my base damage was still vanilla, so I moved the mod to be last one in order and it worked. Now I started removing mods one by one to see which one was causing trouble. After I removed "Npc's use ammo" I could move your mod to anyplace and it would still work, so I guess there is some incompatibility with these two mods.
I deleted the "Npc's use ammo" because I didn't like it anyway and I'm sticking to this one :)
Hello and sorry for the 2 year late reply. I just got back to this mod and after doing a revision, decided to update it. I'm flattered by your comment and want to thank you for your kind words. I"m going to try to get this mod to be compatible with the textures given by Bethesda, but make no promises.
