This simple mod adds two radiation barrels to the workshop menu in addition to a radiation marker that causes radiation damage to the Player Character. The radiation marker is invisible, except in workshop mod. When visible it appears as a radiation danger sign and can be placed like a sign in workshop mode. It adds a greater radiation damage area of effect with a somewhat limited range. If you want to increase the damage per second, just stack the signs.
