No permission by original asset creator (As in the game it was ripped from) it is not a built from scratch outfit. It was ported from another game. BUT i did not know you werent allowed to even post screenshots of it. that one was new to me.
Ah, so the ones that look like they're from another game, are okay because they only LOOK like the game assets but these are actually just flat out ripped from another game? Gotcha. Like..plagiarism.
yeah it's a gray area i guess....i mean there is Spartan armor on here from HALO in the Hot Files list. screenshots should be allowed in my opinion. i mean it IS a mod site. i take no credit in the creation of the outfit so i dont see the harm in it. if it was uploaded here i can totally understand the issue for stolen assets and what not.
the spartan armour you see was designed and made totally from scratch by the author, yes from another game it's the fact he made it himself rather then ripping content from a game and porting it to another. That' there lies the legality of it all. I know there are some snazzy outfits out there but in the end it's content that no matter how you want to see it, was illegally obtained without the original author/companies consent.
On a side note your character is very pretty, nice work.
Posting a picture in and of itself is not against the rules unless it is advertising the outfit, I.E. "the first outfit is not on this website, google ---- and you can find it". This is simply because you can't prove that this is the specific outfit that was ripped, the OP could claim to have made it themselves but are keeping it for themselves. As long as it is used in a SS for a different mod and is not shared by the author in anyway, it is fine. Feel free to correct me if this has changed but please do provide evidence from either a mod or the rules that says specifically pictures are disallowed. Also I do remember reading a recent court case in the U.S. that ruled that the consumer gains all rights to the property they buy for personal uses, so Apple can't try to sue people for jailbreaking or mod makers can rip content, as long as it never leaves their private possession. I didn't read the specific court ruling, only an article on it so it may have been completly wrong (with the exception of Apple as that was ruled on a decent amount of time ago).

Thank you for clearing that up, it really made no sense at all that i could be banned for a fully clothed character just because of the armor isn't native to fallout 4 or made from scratch. as i was not advertising, or providing a means to obtain the assets. again, there is spartan HALO armor in the hot files, regardless of it being made from scratch, it is advertised as such armor and from the game it is from.
i love the regulation on the perversion of a game, on a site that promotes the perversion of a game(s). Regardless. Make money off of peoples work, and you get to pick and choose what you make money off of; Genius. hahahha
Hi for all. I have a problem with all presets LooksMenu. I installed LoksMenu and Compendium, i got their interface and capabilities, but got ugly faces when i choose presets. Thats not a texture bug or something. On the picture is an elongated and narrow face, but in the game it's thick ugly old aunts. Pleace help me(
