0 Leveled Factor

Installation Instructions:
1. Extract RemoveLeveled.esp to Fallout4\Data\ folder.
2. Add "RemoveLeveled.esp" to a new line under "Fallout4.esm" inside %localappdata%\Fallout4\plugins.txt.
3. Make plugins.txt read only! Otherwise using the launcher will rewrite it to defaults and not activate the mod.
