If this is fixing what I think it's fixing, then finally someone has done it! Does he still give you the 'my selection is a bit limited right now' line?
So the bug is his vendor script thinks he should be assigned to the junk store right? I tried to fix his vendor glitch in my own mod but looking at his script he's already set to the restaurant thing, did they fix it in an update?
Downloading this fix immediately. I just started a new playthrough and had the sheer luck to run into Ron on the outskirts of Concord at lv13. This fix couldn't have been better timed.
Now Ron will be the best Bartender in the Wasteland that he was always meant to be.
there a small script error in the lvl.4 vendor script of ron that instead of checking if he was assigned to a trade emporium instead of a restaurant i just corrected that error.
"Ron has two store containers associated with his character: the items he carries when you encounter him, and a special container meant to activate when assigned to a tier 3 vendor stand. However, Ron's file incorrectly checks to see if he's been assigned to a trading emporium, and not a restaurant. This error was also carried into Parker Quinn's character file."
