I love this idea... unfortunately (after adding via mod manager), I am unable to add the rings. I've tried typing your exact command into the console, losing the quotation marks in it, adding a 10, 20, 50 in place of the zero in it... launching the game from the mod manager, launching the game from the f4se.exe file, launching straight from Steam... still no luck.

it will give you a list of items and then you will get the number of the one you want by and replace the ### with that number
get it by typing exactly this next line
player.additem #### 1
Never mind,got it to work
The base I.D.s for these rings were:
5A000F9A - charismatic ring 10
5A000FA7 - charismatic ring 20
5A000FA8 - charismatic ring 50
So to add the +20 charisma ring, type in the console: player.additem 5A000FA7
You can use these rings to increase the size of settlements that are already maxed, since it's based on your charisma.
I got Mayaterror's Vault 88 blueprint, and it needs a ton of vault dwellers. Going to use this mod to temporarily work around settler limit cap.

I can get the rings.. wear them.. have 10 extra charisma for a minute but then it turns back to my Original charisma level.. is this intended?
