This is not a cloak it's a cape there is a difference, a cloak is a gown with a hood some people think a cloak and a cape are the same thing that is why jshrapnelc named this cloak when it's not a cloak.
Thanks for that valuable and accurate information. Too bad (1) renaming a mod can confuse its users, and (2) Dr. Strange's magic cape after which this is named is indeed called the Cloak of Levitation.
Another 'rare jewel' with a completely empty bugs tab :) this looks awesome, will take practice of course no doubt.. but it beats listening to corny machinery from power armor landings with jetpacks.. COLOR changes would be great ie., for Nightime recognisance.. **EDITED: I just noticed you did SO provide alternative colors I onlly watched the 1st vid with the Red cape before i wrote the above thanks a lot, Heartily endorsed!
When I equipped these cloaks, they wouldn't let me wear them with any other outfits. I changed mine to be just a neck item, and gave the stats a boost. Good looking models. Maybe in the future Acrobat could be an option for this, by itself you have a real risk of dying from falling damage. Thanks!
