Slightly updated version of the one on Bethesda.

Cloak of Levitation style of Cape. Inspired by Dr. Strange and Superheroes. Levitates player for a limited amount of time, but doesn't eat up AP points. Use it as a Superman's cape, or other Super Hero type character or Super Villain if you prefer. Choice is yours.
Comes with the vanilla version I modded for Ps4 and my own creation of the comic book character's cloak.

Note: If you use the custom cloak. Use a character with Short or No hair. Might look a little funky with female characters.

How to use:

Extract everything into your Fallout 4 *Data* folder. Launch the game and enable from MODs. Go to any Chemistry Workbench and select utility, find Cloak of Levitation and craft it.
