      Go through your computer's library to -- SteamLibrary \ steamapps \ common \ Fallout 4 \ Data \ Sound \ fx \ wpn \ Mine -- In here, you'll find something called WPN_Mine_Tick.wav. Take this and use an audio editor (If you look up audio editor online, you can find the one I used, TwistedWave) to increase the volume. Hope this helped.

   I created a mod that turns the vats sound into "I'm Mr. Meeseeks, Look at me!".
   
   I need to do this for mines. This is brilliant.
