BodySlide Walkthrough:

For CBBE. Can be used for other body mods. Just use common sense to figure it out.
1. Install BodySlide, and CBBE from the CBBE mod page. If you wish to use the in-game sliders, you will also need LooksMenu installed and the relevant files from the CBBE archive - these should be an option in the installer. If installing manually, then you need the contents of the BodySlide folders and relevant 'TRI/F4EE' folders installed. 2. Go to Fallout 4/Data/Tools/BodySlide. Doubleclick on BodySlide.exe/BodySlide x64.exe to open the utility. Vortex users have your own way of opening BodySlide (see: Mod description, but the path is still the same). 3. At the top, in 'Outfit/Body' select CBBE Body, CBBE Body Physics or CBBE NeverNude. These are the bodies. Everything else is an outfit. 4. In 'Preset', select a preset, or leave it as it is and simply start moving the sliders around. You can type numbers into the boxes if you want to use negatives (put in a - before the number) or go over 100%. If you only wish to use the in-game sliders, you can skip to Step 10. a. (Optional) If you have a lot of outfit mods installed, and/or only want to see/build meshes for certain ones, you can use the GroupFilter and OutfitFilter options at the top to narrow down the selection. Just click on the magnifying glass, 'Choose Groups', and select what you want. Again, only what is selected will have the option to build meshes for them. Leaving these Filters alone will mean you have the option to build everything. 5. Click on 'Preview' at the bottom to open the preview window. The mesh shape will change as you move/edit sliders. The mesh shown is what you get when the character's weight is set to the centre of the weight triangle. You can right-click-and-drag the model to rotate it, and left-click-and-drag to move it around the window without rotating. Scroll-wheel to zoom also works. 6. Once you're happy, click on 'Save As'. 'Save' will overwrite the current preset selected. 7. Type in a name for your preset, and check the boxes for what 'groups' you want your preset to appear in. 8. Click Save. BodySlide will open a window to the BodySlide/SliderPresets directory. Click Save again. You preset will now appear in the 'Preset' drop-down menu. 9. (Optional) If your aim is realism, make a second preset just for outfits/NeverNude, removing any gravity from your 'nude' preset, and applying cleavage/pushup etc. You can look at the 'Slim (Outfit)' and 'Curvy (Outfit)' for ideas to make it look realistic for both small and large breast sizes, respectively. 10. With CBBE Body, CBBE Body Physics or CBBE NeverNude and your preset selected, click on Build. This will automatically install the body meshes. If you intend on using the in-game sliders, ensure you check the 'Build Morphs' checkbox before completing this or any following steps. 11. With your (outfit) preset selected, click on BatchBuild. Uncheck anything you don't want built (e.g. if you did step 10 above, you don't want/need CBBE Body/CBBE NeverNude/CBBE Body Physics selected). You can right-click the box and select/de-select everything to help with this. 12. Click Build. BodySlide will automatically install the outfit meshes into the correct directories. Now the outfits will be the shape of your preset, and will morph according to the in-game weight/body morph triangle. If applicable, then you will also be able to use the in-game morphs.
not sure its cuased by the new update, but after i installed it got a prompt about files being deleted from save files effecting these mods:a-body and animated fannies. when i loaded my game everyone looked fine but min i hit the hot key for some aaf my companion had no "wood".i tried reinstalling these mods: a-body,zaz skeleton, uap, animated fannies and mtm physics preset hoping by following trouble shooting on all of them the wood might be fixed but its still gone. i'm not calling it a bug becuase i'm sure i've just knock a mod out of alinment. but any help would be great.
thanks btw for the quick reply. i went back in and dug around a bit. turns out a-body has a bodyslide option. i turned that off and bam all good on male wood. wanted to post here again incase anyone has my issue.
Lost my hands after this update??? specifically for unique player when I use normal player, it has hands, when I turn on unique player, the hands are gone
I thought so, but when I updated BodySlide, Vortex marked nearly all CBBE files as having been removed, tried to reinstall everything but 'Unique Player' still has no hands was hopping someone could help me fix it ? is there a different file for 'Unique Player' hands? like maybe if I copy 'FemaleHands.nif' to a different folder or with a different name?
when I run the Bodyslide.exe through MO, for no reason(I made no change to any outfit mod these days), the Bodyslide.exe gives me a "an fatal error occured" message, and then it shut down. have no clue how to fix it
Got a problem I've never seen before and can't sold it. Idk why but "nipples" sliders are present when I select a CBBE body, but not when I select an outfits. It never happend before, I always had all the sliders both on the bodies and on the outfits. Tried deleting and reinstalling everything but nothing is working. All others sliders are kept untouched. I disabled every other mods (3BBB, Unique player, body mods etc) but even with only CBBE and Bodyslide Installed it is not working. I'm asking for help pls
They and a few other unnecessary sliders were removed in the latest CBBE update. Sliders are mesh-specific. BodySlide has no control over what sliders a mesh has.

Or through a script even?
