hi, just a bit of a noob question, Can you use this without Sim Settlements?
The reason i ask this is, if you install this blueprint without sim settlements, Wedges of the Commonwealth wont work as it is an addon to sim settlements.
I may be wrong, please correct me if i am.
If i'm right then one of the main requirements is Sim Settlements, http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21872/? which needs to be in the reqirements section.
