I love your layouts. Just can never get those gate switches to work. Followed the pictures carefully, but gate still does not work.

Also, I have the latest versions of all the required mods, but the .esp files on several have apparently been renamed in later versions so your blueprint does not recognize that they are installed.

Yes, exactly. As for esp file, i prefer the old school more shortness names format 8.3. Just rename the esp file with ba2 archives.
In this case try to apply this advise, step by step. Download those mods from my profile, then download and renamed the original english esp files fit from authors mod pages. Or fallow by the reverse scheme. Download and renamed the original english esp files with ba2 archives fit from authors mod pages, if the mod has structure with all materials packed into ba2 archives.

This is my shortness names of the required mods:
      Autodoors.esp
      FCRefueler.esp
      Gbarricades.esp
      RadarSS.esp
      Rprotector.esp
      TPswitch.esp
      X13Scrapotron.esp
      Westtektacticaloptics.esp
      PTRS41ATR.esp
      Fresources.esp

After importing the blueprints: calibrate all sensors to enemies targeting, it's necessary to reconnect the logic gates wires on inner sides of the main gate, since they remain behind the logic gates textures. Then turn they on from terminal.
I'll absolutely known that one of them, near the rolled door, is turn off, or may be the left side logic gates channel not connected to the right side channel, or not connected the auto-door sensor placed above the timer-power switch.
And control the system by turn on and off the inner timer-power switch ("electrical door lock"). Try one more time to inspect your system.
