No, nothing at all. I used my completed compilations, because I'm sure of them but, if you want an english language load the original authors mod all or only esp files. Download russian copy of mode not necessarily. Choose yourself which version you planing to download: for betnet or fomod install, russian or english for using. You make a decision. Rule is very simple for Transfer settlements MOD: you can use blueprints without addons at all, if don't want to have seen all of those devices during importing. Ok thanks for the answer, because i really like the look and funtionallity of the settlement plus is compact wich i like, there are cool but too big settlements blueprints that looks too empty ingame.
Edit: I tested Your Finch farm, working fine i think, i recommend the mod "place everywhere", so you can easily move and fix logic gates, i place each logic gate at some point in the air near their correct place, i cut connections(they are messed up inside wall), i placed on the wall again and then i remade all conections, all of this after i changed sensor options to only enemies. Finally activated everything from the terminal near fast travel point and boom, everything working. Good job, i just miss a little more info or more detailed on description page.
