EXALT Cybernetics

EXALT Cybernetics adds a cybernetics system to Fallout 4 by way of an invisible, weightless, and valueless armor piece that takes up no armor slots, called the "EXALT Cybernetic Unit"
The EXALT Cybernetic Unit can be crafted at the Chem Workbench, and modified at the Armor Workbench.
To add implants, mod the EXALT Cybernetic Unit to have a Physiological Allowance up to your base Endurance, to a maximum of 10. This will add an equivalent number of EXALT Slots. These slots can be filled with implants.

The EXALT Cybernetic Unit can be converted to an EXALT PA Cybernetic Interface at a Chem Workbench, which can be installed into any power armor frame. The EXALT PA Cybernetic Interface is identical to the EXALT Cybernetic Unit, but cannot be equipped outside of power armor. It is instead installed into the power armor like an arm or leg would be.

The descriptions the cybernetic implants have when you're installing them may be somewhat obtuse at times. To that end, here is a list of the implants and what, exactly, they do.
