Changelogs
Version 3.0
* Correction of some typos.
* Text revamp (the fact that this happens in a non-text-driven mod means that the creator has been distracted from the work stalemate in other parts of the project for a long time)
* New Toy soldiers.
** Sgt. Richard "Bastion" Harris
** Lt. Patricia "Bombshell" Clemens
** Lpt. Kazuo Nishijima
** Comrade Feng
** Cpt. Masaru Amano
** Comrade Wu
** Comrade Chen
** Standard Bearer (common)
* New dioramas
** Faber's Heroes
** Girl Meets Girl
* Statues have been changed from static to activator and now display flavor text when examined after placement. This is in response to the fact that after the drop system was changed, the text and sound effects were no longer displayed due to conflicts with the Pip-Boy screen. This makes the previous statues of statics obsolete. The object itself and a record of the dismantling recipe are still included in the mod, so if you had previously created a statue, you can dismantle it once for all and recreate it as an activator. The next update would remove the record of the object itself.
* To prevent loss, MacCready's soldiers can now be displayed as statues similar to Commandos. It is named "Lucy's Guard." However, there is no explanatory note. This is because the privilege of telling the story about it belongs to MacCready.
Version 2.0
* Revamped the way scripts inject into the leveled list. In previous versions, due to some errors and rough ways, there were much less opportunities to get them than I had assumed. The new version should be more fair, but there may still be problems. Please let me know what you think.
* The value of the commandos has been adjusted along with the opportunity to obtain them.
* Add "Sugar Bomb (Toy Commandos)". This is added to the same leveled list as the regular Sugar Bomb. You will get one of the Commandos after eating it.
* Opportunities to obtain some junk. Instead of Commandos, you may get less valuable and less pleasant items.
Version 1.6
* Add message at pickup
* Some minor tweak
Version 1.5
* add " Display Case" and " Display Table". The Case can hold 3 Commands/Car. The Table can hold 20 Commands. For now, these are aimed at technical demonstrations and appearance designs are temporary.
* add new diorama, "Chicago-Style".
* The problem of scrapping was solved. Scrapping the statue will return the Junk version Commandos.
"Toy Commandos" is a soldier toy series sold before the war. The catch phrase was "Solider Soldiers". It is made of very low-priced ceramics, but 100% made in America.
For a time before the bombs fell, they were also included as an extra for sugar bombs. This was part of the propaganda for children by the Department of the Army.
I do not know the reason, in today's Boston, people are trading at high prices. They believe this is a precious "heritage" before the war....
Greetings from Empire of the Rising Sun!
In short, this Mod adds some "expensive junk" (For most people, collectible items look like that).
First, you need to find "Sugar Bombs (Toy Commandos)". This is added to the same leveled list as the regular Sugar Bomb, but may be a little more difficult to find, considering the variety of foods in the list. Then eat the cereal and open the box that comes with it. What will you find inside? It may or may not contain Commandos.
Unnamed soldiers are common and named soldiers are rare. Also, not so happy items (crappy junk) may drop instead of Commandos.
(Sometimes vendors sell the Commandos themselves rather than the Sugar bombs. They may have eaten the sugar bombs because they were hungry.)
Commandos can also be decorate at settlement from Decorations => Statues categoriy. Collecting some items, you can also set up special diorama. Commandos built as statues display flavor text when examined.
Or, do you need a display stand like a bobblehead? Commandos Display case and Table are in the Furniture => Miscellaneous category.
This Mod does not change the MacCready's soldier. Also MacCready's soldier will not be added to the leveled list. But if you are worried about losing MacCready's gift, you can display it as a statue as well as the Commandos.
If you get Commandos, you can decorate it in your home, or sell it and get some caps. Of course, you can crush it into very low-priced ceramic resources.
