Is this compatible with Bullet Counted Reload system (BCR)?

UPDATE: Works right out of the box with it!! (and the left handed Ha_Ru's Lever Action Reanimation Pack, which I use).

Thank you so much for this mod! That god ugly ring sight made me not want to use it, this makes it a true and proper cowboy gun! Now I just need to up the damage a bit in FO4Edit and maybe add a 50 caliber conversion modification.

Love this mod, but a rear dove-tail sight would make it perfect!

I would also REALLY like to know if anyone knows of a patch out there for hitman47101's "Right-handed Lever Action Replacer".

    Thanks, Cotton

There is no patch that can address this, short of getting permission from Hitman to edit his meshes - which flipped the loading gates.
You don't see these kinds of problems with other Lever mods - because they build their meshes as custom meshes with the gates on the right side to begin with.
Then it's just a simple matter of leveraging Hitman's animations - they don't leverage Hitman's mesh changes - they don't need them.

That said, I'm not a fan of AR style rear peep sights on a classic Lever.    Bethesda, what in the hell were you thinking?
That said, I'm definitely not a fan of tacticooling a Lever - to any degree.
      It's a trail gun.....
    2. i'd certainly love for this to be compatible with that and the lever rifle overhaul mod

I play Fallout 4 on Xbox One, the Lever action rifle with glow sights is my favorite weapon, and i also find the ring very annoying and distracting, would you consider porting your much appreciated mod for the Xbox one users?

Hey, thanks for making this! Just wondering, why is there an .esp included for a replacer? I'd really prefer to keep the amount of .esp files to a minimum.

I just made this mod by editing the model path in creation kit and saving it as an esp is there another way to do this?

    Why remove it entirely?
Unless you're using a shotgun, the two parts of the sight are pretty necessary.

I just wanted to make it look more like the Lever Action Shotgun from NV

It makes it look more like an authentic old west gun. Of course the safety and hammer still ruin it but hey, progress.

As an owner of a Winchester 1894, I'd have to disagree that it makes it look more authentic.
The reason shotguns don't have a rear sight is because they don't need it. A rifle needs both a front and rear sight in order to properly align the weapon and put rounds where you want them to go.

Anyway, not really a criticism to the author, I'm just curious as to why.

I always find the rings distract me from what I'm aiming at. Thanks for doing this, maybe now I'll go back to iron sights
