I hope someone eventually makes a better one. Firing in first person looks weird with the fuel ammo flailing up and power armor makes it shoot in the air unless moving.
This mod seems really cool but for some reason its spawning invisible and is kinda OP when a gang of raiders hit you. EDIT: I think my issue is that I used a FOMOD LL patch that was pointing to another flamer pistol mod that I don't have
Nice weapon, however I almost lost my damn mind trying to find it in the console (I'm now convinced that it's not called "Flamer"). Found it via level list however and it does the job! Thanks.
I found it in the console, the name is just "Flamer", so it can be easily confused with the normal "Flamer". I just tried them all untill I found it, lol. (however beware that at least for me there were 4 "Flamers" that dont appear and just take space in my inventory, idk why, idk which mod causes that, Im running 2 other flamer mods, so it could be their fault. My advice is to save before trying all the flamer weapon ID and then reload when you find the one you need)
I find the pistol to be little OP then the stranded Flamer when compared the pistols stranded damage with no mods is 17 while the stranded flamer is 12. I find it little OK with the damage being a bit higher if its rarer or easy to find then the flamer but with how light the pistol is and how high the damage makes it unfair. I found all this out with one my Minuteman Ranger who burned a ton of gunners into toast without being killed that much. i found out that the stranded flamer pistol range is the same as the stranded flamer which makes no sense with out light and small the pistol is. Thank you for reading this.
