Is there any chance you could possibly divide that long mod list into parts? Like "Essential", "Optional but recommended", etc?
You mentioned that a lot of it comes from vanilla, so I wanted to figure out what other big important mods from that big list I would need to use to get this *mostly* looking right, even if I can't make it perfect (especially given that some of the mods needed are hidden).
Does anyone know what mod is used to create the interior walls of both the apartment building and the brothel? I'm trying to figure out which one of the many requirements doesn't seem to want to work correctly.
A lot of the floors aren't showing up. Also, LooT says that Safe SSEX will not work with fallout version 1.57 or higher. Maybe that's what is causing some of the floors and walls not to show up? I also noticed part of the mod is inside of an existing building. I figured that out when I used the "scrapall" command in junction with the scrap everything mod. I really like this settlement and the pictures look great but im not getting the majority of what is shown in the pictures and I have every single mod installed correctly that you have listed. It just leads me to believe there are mods missing in your list or you are leaving something out. I hope you can help me resolve my issue, thanks!!
Okay i got the correct interior mod but the floor to the mini and some walls are still not showing. they flash for a second when importing but then go away...
I did notice that you seem to have a few redundant mods in your mod list. Things like Dinos Decorations by dinozaurz which is replaced by (included with) CREAtive Clutter by Damanding which is also on your list.
Also you have Xnjguy Filled Mods All-In-One by Xnjguy mod listed but also a few of his standalones that are included in the all in one listed.
Just something that caught my eye as odd and makes me wonder. If I don't want redundant esp's how will I know which one of the redundant mods any given decoration comes from?
Just trying to help.. :)
Edit: Oh yea as a suggestion.. since you have a brothel built maybe add Hookers of the Commonwealth (HotC) - Settlement Edition (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22074) or Hookers of the Commonwealth Lite (HotC Lite) - Standalone Version (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21463) as recommended mods to help make it operational ;)
Honestly probably a lot of the redundant ones can be switched out- if anything the things they add (like xnjguy/dino) I've probably just overwritten when installing, since I install as I go and I have so many mods that it makes things difficult! For these though, CREAtive Clutter and the All-in-One are the ones you'd want (a few gun racks are missing, and maybe a set or two of decorations, but honestly nothing that's settlement ending, and it gives you a few frames back!), I just haven't gotten around to uninstalling the other (older) ones, and transfer settlements gets a bit wonky with what mods it puts in my list sometimes (because again, so many, and I'm a Hot Mess,). These mods in particular will only effect a few stores too! (Sorry again, my mods list is a MESS of redundancy and I need to clean it up! )
HotC looks really great though, I'll definitely give it a look, thanks! and thanks for the heads up on the redundancy so I could uninstall those!!

I have so many mods it's really hard to keep track!
My mod list is nearly full, so no way left for me to do this or most of this type mod.
